Depression is always rough, and our bodies and minds are so intricately linked... I hope you can work it out soon. <br /><br />I hadn't thought about the aftershock, but that makes a lot of sense. After all, we (I) take a long time to recover from traumatic events, and have reverberations years after. Sometimes the oddest things set it off.
